Becca joined the bank in 2019 as part of the Finance and Accounting team with a focus on streamlining processes and creating efficiencies. In 2021, Becca became the SVP of Finance & HR, providing guidance related to employee engagement and other HR topics, and serves as a member of the bank’s Leadership Team. Becca’s focus is to provide direction and expertise over various areas of the bank, including Asset & Liability Management, budgeting, liquidity monitoring, and financial reporting, and to maintain more efficient and unified practices. Prior to joining Flatirons Bank, Becca served as VP at a fast-growing private bank in Denver, CO.
